They also learn for more reason, they must always read the facsimile on board, even if they have weather navigation programs. Contemporary environmental regulations are also analyzed with an emphasis on CII.

THE 3day is dedicated to the modern methods available to receive all official meteorological information on board by e-mail. Thus are analyzed all the modern methods by which the captain can gain access to the weather forecast, anywhere on the planet, without depending on the facsimile or the office. At the same time, the usefulness of Grib Files is explained, while free weather applications are also given. During the 2nd day the participants work with their laptop.
