Την Τετάρτη, Πέμπτη και Παρασκευή 27,28 και 29 Μαΐου 2020, θα διεξαχθεί το Webinars Σύγχρονης Ναυτικής Μετεωρολογίας, το οποίο στη δια ζώσης μορφή του, είναι approved from Lloyds in πλαίσια της πιστοποίησης του DANAOS Assessment and Training Center. Το webinar αποτελεί μία σύγχρονη και ολοκληρωμένη προσέγγιση στο τόσο ευαίσθητο για την ασφάλεια ενός πλοίου τομέα της ναυτικής μετεωρολογίας, γεφυρώνοντας με ένα μοναδικό τρόπο την παλαιά αλλά πάντα χρήσιμη γνώση με όλες τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις στα θέματα του καιρού στο καράβι.

Το Webinar απευθύνεται τόσο σε επαγγελματίες όσο και και δόκιμους ναυτικούς, ανεξαρτήτως βαθμού. Για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων σε κάθε webinar είναι τα 12 άτομα.

THE 1st day and 2nd day of the webinar is dedicated to how to read surface charts (facsimile) and wave charts. Through numerous examples and practical applications, participants learn not only to read the charts but also how to work with them, thus avoiding dangerous weather conditions and planning their course with safety and confidence. They also learn why they should always read the facsimile at sea, even if they have weather navigation programs.

The 3day is dedicated to the modern methods available to receive all official meteorological information on board by e-mail. Thus are analyzed all the modern methods by which the captain can gain access to the weather forecast, anywhere on the planet, without depending on the facsimile or the office. At the same time, the usefulness of Grib Files is explained, while free weather applications are also given. During the 2nd day the participants work with their laptop.

Cost

Το κόστος συμμετοχής ανέρχεται στα 120€ (κανονική τιμή 150€). Στην τιμή αυτή περιλαμβάνονται οι σημειώσεις σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή (pdf) και η ηλεκτρονική βεβαίωση συμμετοχής.

Location

The seminar will be held using the communication platform Teams of Microsoft. After you register, you will be sent a link and detailed instructions to connect and watch the webinar. The course is interactive. This means that the participants are actively involved, expressing their questions but also participating in solving exercises with maps and weather programs.
