Terms of participation in WEBINARS

1. Webinars are conducted using modern distance learning tools in which participants can communicate two-way with either the presenter or each other. To watch the webinar, participants must have a camera and microphone. Although the camera does not need to be turned on during the teaching, for participant certification purposes it should be turned on when the presenter meets the participants before the lesson begins.

2. To attend the webinar, you must have deposited the full participation amount into a bank account that we will indicate to you no later than the day before it takes place.

3. In order for the webinar to take place, the minimum number of participants must be 2 people or more. In the event that the above number is not reached or due to force majeure, the webinar will be canceled. In this case, the participation amount will be credited in full to your bank account that you will indicate to us. The participation fee will be refunded within a period of no later than 5 working days from the scheduled date of the canceled seminar. You may be charged bank transaction fees when the amount is refunded, which, depending on the bank, range between €2-4.

4. In case you want to cancel your participation, the participation fee will be refunded. only if the cancellation is made up to three calendar days before the webinar. The participation amount is credited in full to your bank account that you will indicate to us. The participation fee is refunded within a period of no later than 5 working days from the scheduled date of the canceled seminar. You may be charged bank transaction fees when refunding the amount, which, depending on the bank, range between €2-4.

5. In case you have not canceled your participation up to three calendar days before the webinar, your participation fee will not be refunded but will be transferred to a subsequent webinar or in-person seminar on the date you choose.

6. To cancel your participation, please contact us by phone at 210 5735100 or 697 80 52 622 or send us an email within the time limit mentioned in term 4.

7. All material you will receive during the webinar is intended exclusively for you and any copying, sending to a third party and reproduction without the written permission of the webinar presenter is strictly prohibited.

8. On our website meteomarine.gr, if and when any personal information is requested, it is used for operational service purposes for the participants in the webinar and is used exclusively from www.meteomarine.gr without being provided to third parties.
