MeteoMarine's new seminar is aimed at farmers, agronomists and in general at all those involved, either professionally or amateurly, in cultivating the land.

Seminar Overview

In this seminar, participants have the opportunity to learn in a simple and understandable way all the meteorological phenomena that affect their crops in one way or another. Phenomena such as frost, hail, rain, fog, storms, barometric lows, are presented in a simple and practical way, always in the light of modern meteorological science. Participants also learn to make their own forecasts for various meteorological parameters.

Desired knowledge

Upon completion of the seminar, participants will know:

  • what is a temperature inversion and how is it related to frost, as well as what are the meteorological conditions that favor its creation.
  • What are thermal instability storms?
  •  How is hail created and whether we can predict it.
  • how radiation fog is formed, what are the conditions that favor its formation and what effect it has on crops.
  • How can we predict rain?
  • What are the practical signs that warn us of a possible change in weather?
  • What are cold and warm fronts and what weather do they cause?
  • What types of weather are affecting our country and what season each type occurs.
  • which Internet sources to trust for forecasting and observing the weather in our country.

Modern classroom teaching in a hotel or training center.
