These services are the American Meteorological Service (NOAA\/OPC), the Japanese (JMA) and the English (Metoffice). Also, the most modern techniques of safe course planning (weatherrouting) are taught with the aim of avoiding dangerous barometric systems and tropical cyclones. The seminar also makes special reference to waves (wind waves and swell).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The seminar is aimed at bridge officers of ocean-going ships, of any rank, as well as office executives of shipping companies.<!--more--><span id=\"more-818\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:
